We offer a range of services drawing from our unique experiences as art therapists, educators and artists.

Group Art Therapy and therapeutic art groups

We offer creative groups, facilitated by two HCPC registered art psychotherapists with extensive experience of working with adults and adolescents.

We work flexibly in our approach to create a supportive and inclusive environment where group members feel safe in their surroundings and able to express themselves.

We rely on the expertise of our partners and so we work with you to create groups that are accessible and easy to engage in for the community. We offer closed groups for up to 10 group members or open groups where participants are able to join as and when is convenient for them.

Training and Workshops

We understand the importance of having informed spaces for discussion, reflection and learning and so we have carefully designed specialist training and workshops for people working with trauma and people who have been displaced.

Some of our current themes are:

  • Art making to support, well-being and self-care

  • Art making and resilience

  • Working creatively with displaced populations.

Reflective practice

Reflective practice and supervision supports staff in relation to their work. We offer open and supportive spaces for staff to process and reflect on their feelings and introduce and strengthen existing coping strategies. These confidential spaces can be offered individually and in group settings and will use art making and psychoeducation to support the process

Through our own experiences we have learnt the value in reflective practice and supervision and are now able to offer this to your organisation for groups and individuals. Please use the contact us page with any inquiries!
